MATLAB implementation of the extended SCM channel model

Requires MATLAB 6.5 (R13) or later.
Installation instructions:
Create a new directory, move all unzipped files into the directory, and add the directory to Matlab's path. To get started, type 'help ', where is the name of the directory just created.
