说明： 这是在为某公司开发苹果手机同步软件时，
实现的iOS平台跟windows平台的接口代码，
本来是要实现一个功能类似同步推，91助手，iTools等的windows同步软件，
很可惜项目中途废弃了，
现提供一部分核心接口代码供有需要的朋友
