说明：  In this paper we consider the problem of congestion control in mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs). For the different structure TCP do not work properly with the specific effects occurring in MANETs. This is because TCP has originally been designed for the Internet, a network with different properties. As a consequence, appropriate congestion control is widely considered to be a key problem for MANETs.
