安装后端服务：
1.在后端数据库。先执行CAR.SQL脚本
2.打开WindowsService1.exe.config修改以下选项：
中的value改成本机的ip
中可以修改端口号
3.安装服务，运行/install.bat
4.在服务管理器里面找到AcceptService 启动
卸载服务：
1.停止服务
2.运行bin/debug/unstall.bat
安装前端服务：
1.安装服务，运行install.bat
2.打开WindowsServiceSend.exe.config修改以下选项：
中的value改成后端的ip
中可以修改端口号，请于后端的端口号一致！
3.在服务管理器里面找到SendService启动
卸载服务：
1.停止服务
2.运行bin/debug/unstall.bat
网站VehicleTool：（后端使用）
1.点击安装
2.图片虚拟目录：建立虚拟目录PIC，指向F盘
数据库
1.创建数据库AutoMonitor
先运行脚本table.sql
再运行脚本process.sql
