说明： S3F9454，只接VDD，GND
在第16脚（P0.3)外接一只1K电阻与LED发光二极管串联到GND
测试效果:
P0.3每点亮0.5S,再关闭0.5S,循环闪烁
如果改用外部晶振（8M），因振荡器工作速度快2倍多，则闪烁时间会相应缩短
(S3F9454, only then VDD, GND at 16 feet (P0.3) add a 1K resistor in series with the LED light-emitting diode to GND test results: P0.3 per lit 0.5S, and then close the 0.5S, cycle flashes if the switch external crystal (8M), due to the oscillator operates more than 2 times faster, then the time will be shortened flashes)
