说明： 中国自主开发的音视频标准AVS中的视频编解码参考程序。版本为rm(reference model)52c。在Visual C++ 6里能编译通过，正确执行。可以把yuv视频源文件压缩成avs文件，也可以把avs解压缩成yuv。
