说明： 根据社会保险发展状况的现实需求，本系统采用了客户端/服务器模式，以WCF技术为支持，以.NET技术为基础，以C#作为开发语言，使用SQL2005数据库开发，建立了保险收费系统。社会保险经办中心委托银行收取保费。本系统将对数据库的操作方法封装在服务器端，银行客户端通过接口进行调用，确保了系统的安全。保险收费系统主要实现了自动识别保险缴费类别、根据参保人的性别、年龄、划拨比例等因素计算保险费用，总额包括个人账户金、大病金和统筹金，收取保险费用等信息化需求。
本系统以社会保险费用管理作为服务对象，旨在提高社会保险经办中心的公共服务和管理水平，对于满足服务社会化的要求，促进信息化建设工作，具有重要意义。
( According to the practical needs of the development of social insurance,the system adopts the client/server model,it is supported by WCF technology,based on .NET technology and it uses C# as development language and SQL2005 database development so that it can establish insurance system.The Social Insurance Management Center entrusted with the bank receipt premium.The operation of the database was packaged on the server.Bank Client calls through the interface,ensure the security of the system.The insurance fee system mainly realizes the calculate premiums automatic recognition of insurance categories and work out the ratio according to the insured person’s gender,age,the total included personal account gold,gold and fund for serious illness,insurance costs information demand.
The system regard the social insurance management as the service object in order to enhance the social insurance handing center of public service and management level.It is significant to meet the requirements)
