This package contains: argo_file_read.m plot_contour.m plot_latest_TS_profile.m suptitle.m readme.txt 6900162_prof.nc These Matlab functions will help you to read the content of an ARGO NetCDF profile file. 1. plot_latest_TS_profile This function displays 2 plots of the latest temperature and salinity profiles from an Argo profile file. 2. plot_contour This function displays 2 figures : time series (slices) of temperature and salinity from an Argo profile file (doesn't work with single-profile files). 3. argo_file_read This function reads the content of an Argo profile file. For further details on the Argo data format, see the "Argo User'manual" available on http://www.coriolis.eu.org/coriolis/cdc/argo_rfc.htm. These MATLAB programs require a netcdf toolbox available at : http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf http://woodshole.er.usgs.gov/staffpages/cdenham/public_html/MexCDF and install the NetCDF Toolbox For Matlab-5/6.
