说明： 遗传算法解决八皇后问题。八皇后问题是一个NP问题，它的目标是把国际象棋的八个皇后摆在8X8的棋盘上，使得没有一个皇后能俘获任何别的皇后，即每一行每一列仅有一个皇后，每条对角线上至多有一个皇后。
(Genetic algorithms to solve the eight queens problem. Eight queens problem is an NP problem, and its goal is to place the chess queen on the eight 8X8 chessboard so that no one can capture any other queen Queen, that each row has only one queen in each column, each of Angle online at most one queen.)
