说明：  实现了USB上位机与下位机之间的通信程序，底层代码采用的是神州IV的HID设备驱动，上位机采用的是libusb-win32实现的，修改了官方sourceforge提供的例程，实现了上位机给下位机发送控制控制命令，开关灯。同时，可以捕获到下位机按键被按下的消息。特殊说明，未经修改的代码可以到sourceforge上去下载，此处不再上传。testlibusb_win.c即是修改过的，是核心部分。开发环境是visual studio 2012.
