INSTALLATION / BUILDING
-----------------------
- Configure Matlab mex:
>> mex -setup
- Install Intel MKL into $MKLDIRECTORY
- Choose the build script based on your system (Linux, Linux***, Win***)
- make_linux.m
- make_linux***.m
- make_win***.m
- Open the build script and adjust it to point to $MKLDIRECTORY
(Example: path_mkl = '/opt/intel/mkl/10.1.2.024/';)
- Run the build script
After a successful build, either larcmex.mexglx (Linux), larcmex.mexa*** (Linux***) or larcmex.mexw*** (Win***) is available.
- Test the implementation in Matlab with 'test.m'
