说明：  采用多线程技术的Delphi API 串口通信例子，应用程序只需调用API对读/写缓冲区操作即可，用到了一些API函数，比如CreatFile打开文件函数、Setupcomm设置通信缓冲区大孝ReadFile读串口操作等，当然还用到了许多函数。除了用到这些API函数外，还用到了一个DCB设备控制块，本例仅作最基本的API串口通信介绍，因此程序代码都不是太复杂的设计，仅创建了一些新项目后为form窗体增加几行代码即可。
