说明：  Delphi 通过TNMEcho组件测速 测试网络连接的速度，可以测出当前网络传输的速度，通过向指定IP的服务器发送字符串数据后，根据返回时间测出速度快慢。在Delphi中有一个TNMEcho组件，利用它向Echo服务器发送一些数据，这些数据会原样从Echo服务器返回，然后计算两者的时间差，即可大致算出网络连接的速度。此测试出的速度可作为一般参考。
