说明：  Delphi利用Excel表格实现FastReport报表，通过在Excel中设置报表格式，然后通过转化为FastReport的格式(实际是xml格式)，包括栏位宽度，颜色，框线都做了转化。想这款Delphi程序的初衷：1.用FastReport调整报表格式比较繁琐，例如调整某一栏的宽度，标题栏汇总栏都需要调整，调整以后还不一定能对齐，需要反复调整。2.很多报表是基于用户的Excel格式来做的，如果能将Excel格式稍作调整，转为FastReport的格式有利于加快报表制作速度。
