说明： 学习网络管理的SNMP协议用到，不错的代码。本程序基于 synapse 开发包，实现了SNMP V2 中的所有指令（如 walk getbulk 等）以及TRAP消息的接收。

SnmpSend.pas 中接收TRAP消息的函数RecvTrap有BUG，当接收两条连续消息时会丢失一条消息，经过修改已经解决。
synapse 是一个UNIT包，无需安装，使用时只要将所需文件拷贝到工程目录或者LIB目录即可。
