说明： 首先，针对车牌图像预处理采用了灰度化、中值滤波等的算法。其次，车牌定位的模块中研究了基于Canny的车牌边缘检测算法和形态学操作，提高了系统定位的准确率。然后，用基于垂直投影的垂直切分算法对车牌进行字符切分。最后采用模板匹配的算法对车牌字符进行识别。
(Firstly, the license plate is with a gray image preprocessing, median filtering algorithm. Secondly, the plate positioning module and morphological study of the detection algorithm are based on license plate edge Canny operator, which improve the positioning accuracy of the system. Then, the license plate character is segmented which is based on the vertical projection of the vertical segmentation algorithm. Finally, I can use the template matching algorithm to recongnize the license plate character. )
