说明:  Greedy sanke algorithm implements
(贪婪蛇算法的实现,该算法是对原Donna J. Williams 《A fast algorithm for active contours》 (1990) 论文的简化实现。对算法研究很有帮助。参数很多,需要调节才能获得良好的效果。)

1) click on "main.m" to start the program 2) set the segmentation parameter on the user interface environment or you may click on "Default Value" to load pre-defined parameters 3) click on "Load Image" to choose your image to be segmented, then draw an initial contour(s). Double click inside the contour to create mask. 4) click on "start" 5) You may continue segmentation with the same parameters or different ones. To do so just click on "Continue". 6) By clicking on "Edit" you may edit the contour points and relocate them on desirable coordinates
