This program is run under DOS environment. To run it, under DOS prompt, type in Pso pso.run then press the return key. The pso.run file specifies all information required to run the program, like population size, maximum velocity, maximum generations, result file name, number of runs for the same problem with the same parameters selection, etc. Please contact Yuhui Shi at the address below if you have any comments.
