安装指南
1.服务器EFeng (NT,Windows 2000,Windows XP)
a.修改Efeng.ini中efeng.mdb为文件全称，包括文件路径（或者将该文件copy到windows的system32目录下）
b.在命令行模式下进入输入 efeng -RegServer安装该服务（卸载UnRegServer），然后在你控制面板，管理工具的服务中找到efeng，并启动该服务，你可以查看事件查看器观察该服务是否已经成功启动
2.Netparrots使用
a.添加用户，打开efeng.mdb，在username表中添入你的username,password,ip(0.0.0.0:0)
b.修改netparrot.ini中服务器的地址（efeng所在服务器的IP）
c.可以通过唯一的那个按钮呼叫其他用户和接听，请注意左下角图标
