说明:  Author: David Sedarsky Summary: MatLab GUI for interface tracking and edge velocity determination MATLAB Release: R14SP2 Required Products: Image Processing Toolbox Description: Itrac works on image pairs taken at times T1 and T2, and tracks the motion of features in the images selected using thresholding and edge detection. Two sample image pairs (LIF images of OH in a turbulent flame) are included in the archive. Some of the work that led me to develop Itrac is detailed here: http://www.opticsinfobase.org/abstract.cfm?URI=ol-31-7-906

Itrac: A MatLab GUI for interface tracking and velocity determination written by David Sedarsky (david.sedarsky@forbrf.lth.se) Version 1.0 Released: Oct. 14th, 2005 Installation: Extract the Itrac archive to a folder on your matlab path or use the 'addpath [Itrac folder] -end' command to append a new folder to your matlab path. Quick Start: From the MatLab command line type: Itrac choose 'File->Select Base Image' and select an image file. choose 'File->Select Input Image' and select a second image file. choose 'Vectors->Correlate: generate vectors' When this calculation finishes all options should be available. You can save your results, or explore the various display and diagnostic options available in the menus. Two formats are supported for saving files-- Itrac runfile (.mat) or human readable Excel (.xls) format. Note: to load a .xls file, the file must adhere to the Itrac format for .xls files. Acknowledgements: The author would like to thank the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research and the Swedish Vetenskapsradet for their support in the ballistic imaging research which helped generate the ideas behind this software.
