说明： 本系统功能如下.
1.可以发送单个邮件和群发邮件
2.后台添加email地址，email地址可以分类。
3.从文本，sql，access等中导入email地址（测试版只提供access的导入）
4.新增，导入的email有效性判断。
5.添加多组SMTP服务器，和邮件内容
6.html，文本格式的邮件发送（测试版只提供文本格式的发送方式）
7.历史发送记录
8.账户日志
9.栏目权限管理
