说明： 系统界面友好，操作简单方便。视频会议系统应实现以下功能：
① 动态地和视频输入设备进行连接和断开连接。
② 使用叠加或预览方法对输入信号进行实时显示。
③ 设定捕捉频率。
④ 显示控制视频源、视频格式和视频压缩的对话框，设置视频特征。
⑤ 开始捕获和终止捕获，把捕捉到的视频流保存为AVI文件。
⑥ 单独捕捉一副图像并保存为一张与设备无关的图片文件（DIB）。
⑦ 不需把数据存储为磁盘文件，就能将捕捉到的图像实时传送给远程计算机。
(User-friendly system, operation is simple and convenient.
