说明： 本系统设计的目标是设计独立的客户端和服务器端的程序，在客户机和服务器都接入同一个局域网或者接入网络的情况下并且在客户端装上客户端程序、服务器端装上服务器端程序的情况下，先启动服务器端程序，使服务器端在指定端口上处于等待连接的状态。启动客户端程序后，通过指定服务器端的IP地址，连接特定IP地址的服务器。如果不能连接成功，给出提示信息。如果能连接成功，给出提示信息后，客户端启动远程控制界面。
在连接建立后，服务器端就不断的将本地的桌面截获后发送给客户端，客户端接收到服务器端发送的屏幕数据后，就将服务器的端的桌面显示在客户端程序的远程控制界面上，通过不断的发送服务器端的界面后，就可以动态的显示服务器端桌面的变化，从而达到监视远程计算机的各项操作的目的。当客户端想要对服务器端进行控制的时候，直接在客户端程序显示的服务器端桌面上进行各种操作，而通过程序捕获各种I/O操作命令，发送到服务器端，服务器端根据接收到的命令从而做出各种相应的操作，再及时的将桌面发送回客户端，这样就可以实现对服务器端计算机远程且实时的控制。
