Ping readme
============
Ping illustrates how to transform a unicode string into an ANSI string to be used as a host name. The ICMPSendEcho function is used to send a series of ping packets to the host name entered in the edit control.
This sample also serves as a simple demonstration of a dialog based application for Pocket PC, correctly calling SHInitDialog to size the dialog to full screen and show the OK button in the upper right of the Navigation Bar.
This sample operates in the emulator or on the real device. (Accessing Internet addresses may require that you enter your proxy information in Connection Manager.)
