This package contains the research codes accompanying my paper "Harnessing aliasing: wavelet-based image interpolation revisited". It is built upon several toolboxes, so you need to install the following packages first: 1. DIP toolbox and OpenTSTool http://www.ph.tn.tudelft.nl/DIPlib/, and TSTOOL toolbox: http://www.physik3.gwdg.de/tstool/ 2. Wavelab 8.5 toolbox http://www-stat.stanford.edu/~wavelab/ 3. Wavelet-based Texture analysis/synthesis http://www.cns.nyu.edu/~lcv/texture/ The main program is test_wtinterp.m, which contains three parts corresponding to Sections 3-5 of my paper. The first two cases (contours and textures) have been extensively tested and should work fairly robust. The third one (edges) which is the most challenging is still under improvement. There might be some missing MATLAB files (I wish there is a tool for checking all MATLAB files that are used by a program and do not belong to MATLAB system files - if you know any, please let me know).
