The code dgwaveform.c consists of a driver and the main function deriv_gauss.
To compile simply type make at the command prompt.
To reproduce all the figures in the manuscript do
./make_fig2.sh
./make_fig3.sh
./make_fig4.sh
./make_fig5.sh
at the command prompt.
In order to install and run this code, the user must have the CWP/SU:SeismicUnix
(SU) package installed on their system. This is available from
http://www.cwp.mines.edu/cwpcodes and install under any Unix or Unix-like
operating system or environment.
