How to Run the programe
edit run.bat,change the args for the programe,you just need change the last three args:
"fasta example.fasta output.txt"
as show in the pdf document,we konw fasta is the indicator of the file type,we have two file types:simple and fasta
example.fasta is the input file
output.txt is the result file

ok,now you can use it as you like!
just click the file run.bat,you can run it so easily!

Remerber that:
Before you run the programe,you should check if there is file "output.txt" in current directory.If it has ,you should clear it or delete it first,and then run it
or the different result will be write to the same file "output.txt"
