The source code examples in this directory accompany the examples printed in the _OpenGL Programming Guide_, published by Addison-Wesley; ISBN 0-201-63274-8. (Japanese language edition: ISBN: 4-7952-9***5-6) The source code examples here need to be compiled with libaux.a (which in turn needs files from libtk.a). The current Makefile was made for a Silicon Graphics IRIS workstation. An Imakefile file is also supplied for generating a system-independent Makefile. Note: if you do not have hardware alpha bitplanes, then running the antipoly program will fail. The error messages: Window type not found! Warning: Attempt to call OpenGL function prior to calling glXMakeCurrent() will occur.
