说明：  针对压力锅炉机组主蒸汽管道碳钢部件金相组织石墨化程度的检测问题，选择 适合的算法，将数字图像处理和模式识别技术运用于金相组织测量之中,建立一套对 石墨化级别进行识别的图像检测系统。针对石墨化部分原始图片灰度区间窄的特 征，通过图像预处理使图像清晰，突出石墨组织，采用边缘检测方法，提取出要检 测的粗大呈黑色的石墨组织。最后采用最近领域法进行图像识别，判断碳钢石墨化 的程度。
