REVISION NOTES:
The library included in this win32 SDK package has been compiled
with the INTEL C++ Compiler 7.1 using the static multithreaded
runtime library option.
In case you are not using the INTEL compiler, inconsistencies
concerning the libmmt.lib and libircmt.lib system libraries occur.
This is avoided by a pragma telling the linker to ignore these
libraries. See liblfadec.h for details.
