程序实现一个虚拟机模拟多道的运行环境，各个设备独立运行，进程在设备上运行，当有多个进程同时要使用同一设备时，进程在设备的等待队列里等待设备的处理完当前的任务后来处理此任务。当设备处理完一个任务后将此任务的详细信息记录到设备使用历史记录（进程名，使用设备开始时间，结束时间，设备类型，使用设备时长。）
