INSTALLATION
- Copy all the routines into a directory in the Matlab path
- Run the test routines to verify everything is working properly,
in the order test_double, test_sym, test_mpoly_numerical,
mpoly_symbolic, test_mw.
- read the documentation in the order mpoly.pdf, mw.pdf
