说明： 使用opencv，将一个视频文件分割成多张图片。
特点：按帧提取，每帧保存为多张图片。
保存时，原来的格式是全彩的，同时转化并保存全彩图片对应的黑白图片和二值化图片。这三类图片分别存放在默认目录的video background foreground中。默认的视频文件名为默认目录下的ci.avi
(Using opencv, a video file will be split into multiple images. Features: by frame extraction, each frame is saved as multiple pictures. Preserved when the original format is full color, at the same time transforming and save full-color picture black and white pictures and the corresponding binary image. cvuse.vcproj
This is the main project file for VC++ projects generated using an Application Wizard.

This is the main application source file.

cvuse.rc
This is a listing of all of the Microsoft Windows resources that the

This is the standard header file, which defines new resource IDs.
Microsoft Visual C++ reads and updates this file.
