说明：  自己写的一款QQ在线批量查看器，其中QQ在线查看并怎么样，主要是里面用到了(.INI)文件的读写操作，而且没有用API函数来操作，完全VB完成，首先将INI文件读入内存中进行操作，退出程序时再把内存中的文件写入INI文件。
