Overview:
This is a Finite Diffrenece-Time Domain code for solving Maxwell's equations. This code was designed to leverage the computational power of comodity video cards and to be parallel via MPI. Version 0.1 is the implementation of the basic serial CPU version.

note: one of the functions creates a large array on the stack. Depending on your shell, you might need to increase the stack size. To do this, execute the following command:
$ ulimit -s unlimited
You will realize you have this problem when there are segmentation faults when the program tries to write the id file
