1、增加子站点功能，用户可以自助建站，管理员可以在后台对子站点统一管理，子站点可以映射二级域名
2、增加不需要webedit控件就能发布、编辑文章的方式，原来的WEBEDIT控件发布方式改称为“高级方式”
3、增加Flash管理，发表文章时，可以直接点击编辑器中的插入Flash按钮，选取Flash
4、后台增加“文章目录权限”，使文章目录的权限便于管理
