This zip archive contains three different Netlogo models for use with the Hubnet architecture, and the calculator programs used for Navigator activity AAA - Disease 2.0
They are all simulations of the spread of a disease in a population.
DiseasePB.nlogo supports the passback of data to the Navigator system. It is the main version of the disease activity.
DiseasePBVar.nlogo also supports passback. It has a variant mechanism for disease contraction.
Disease.nlogo doesn't support passback to the Navigator system.
The calculator programs are:
DISEASET.8xp - teacher program
DISEASES.8xp - student program
MENU.8xp - utility required by both student and teacher
