关于testSJF2440工程的说明 这个是在ADS下烧写K9F1208的工程,用三星的NAND bootloader和SJF2440程序修改而成。 硬件说明: 处理器:S3C2440A SDRAM :K4S561632H*2 NAND :K9F1208 JTAG :20pin 串口 :2440串口0(可自行在Uart_Select函数中选择) 软件环境: 超级终端: 每秒位数 :115200 数据位 :8 奇偶校验 :无 停止位 :1 数据流控制:无 使用方法: 在确认自己安装了ADS1.2和硬件仿真器软件后,连接好电路板电源,接好仿真器(我 用的是JLINK),开启仿真器软件,打开testSJF2440文件夹中的ADS工程文件testSJF2440.mcp, 点DEBUG按钮进入AXD仿真环境,点AXD下的system views->command line interface,然后在 出现的对话框中用2440anorom.ini配置系统(例如:ob c:\temp\2440anorom.ini),然后点 file->reload current image重新将程序载入SDRAM中。接着点go按钮运行程序,到main程序 的时候会停下来,这个时候可以将要烧写的bin文件载入SDRAM内的缓冲区中,缓冲区地址 0x31000000(当然也可以自己在程序中将缓冲区地址改一下,给K9S1208_Program子程序的bufbase 赋值,只要和这个程序的地址空间不发生重叠就可以了)。开启超级终端,继续点go运行程序,遇到 test sdram选择n跳过,然后就可以烧写NANDFLASH了,用法跟SJF2440差不多。 遗留问题: 该工程将nand_mini.c中NF8_ReadPage子程序的ECC给屏蔽了,想搞ECC还是要管一下
