从728中提取激励矢量，分两种情况：
1、增益用真值； (生成的文件为：1600句文件ettrueg.hex，10句文件et_trueg_10.hex )
2、增益用量化值。(文件为：etqg.hex。etgqpost.hex为加上后滤波模块的激励)。
