Where, the fMCLK also have to be updated to same value as fMCLK defined at sysconf.h file. ********************************************************************** 2. COMPILE THE DIAGNOSTIC SOURCE CODE & DOWNLOAD TO DRAM. 1) COMPILE SOURCE CODE In DOS window,type "armmake diag" for KS32C5000A to build 32bit image named diag. Case of thumb, type "tdiag" for 16bit image. In case of KS32C50100, you have to type diag100 for 32bit and tdiag100 for 16bit image. 2) DOWNLOAD TO DRAM In DOS window, DOS> sftp 1 diag Where, the sftp is download utility program in zip file named serial.zip 1 is Host PC's COM port number. 1 is COM1, 2 is COM2.
