说明： 将画出的任意二维图形绕中点旋转。编写一个任意二维图形绕二维平面上任意点P(x,y)进行旋转变换的通用子程序。我根据<计算机图形学>上的公式进行了坐标变换后完成了这个功能
(Will draw an arbitrary two-dimensional graphics around the mid-point of rotation. The preparation of an arbitrary two-dimensional graphics around the two-dimensional plane, any point P (x, y) for rotation of the GM subroutine. I according to <Computer Graphics> on the coordinate transformation formula to complete this feature)
