This modification is just for FIC8120 platform with a linux version 2.4.19.
:the second times "ifconfig ethx down" may lead to Segmentation fault.
:trace to the function "intrdeschedule()",the function is used for unlink the interrupt urb.
for more compatibility,I get the new EHCI code from linux-2.4.20-8,and porting it into the FIC8120 platform.
Now,never segmentation fault!

<1>Copy the directories 'hcd'and 'OTG' to /driver/usb
<2>Copy the files 'hcd.c' 'hcd.h' and 'usb.c'to /driver/usb
<3>Copy the files 'list.h' and 'usb.h' to /include/linux
<4>Compile the kernel,"make clean" first.
