说明： （1）求出两维单色数字图象的傅立叶变换以及逆变换，除对比图象效果外，还要给出以中心点作为原点图象显示方式的傅立叶变换的频谱、相位谱，并验证两维傅立叶变换的性质。
（2）傅立叶变换后，计算图象能量谱的分布范围：画出包含图象能量92.0％，94.6％, 96.4, 98.0％ 以及99.5％ 的圆圈区域。
