This directory includes all source code that were modified and added when implementing draft-ietf-manet-dymo-02.txt, on OPNET 11.0. 0.1 version: Draft was implemented except the sections of Internet attachmnet (4.8) and multiple interfaces (4.9). This version was tested well in stationary environments and in a 5-node network with mobility. You can find a brief description and installation instructions in a pdf file, here. Route Error Generation as explianed by section 4.5.4 of Dymo-draft-02 Compared to AODV, DYMO generates more RERRs due to broadcasting of RERRs. During this process, an intermediate node should not broadcast RERR messages if this node does not have any routes that are matching the unreachable list. This has not been checked properly in version 0.1 of this implementation. 2. Creating or Updating a Route Table entry as explained in section 4.2.1 of Dymo-draft-02 Operations explained in this section have to be revised when the intermediate node updates RE details when having active routes to the destination. With the current explaination of this section, an intermediate node has a problem of not forwarding the RREQ for the second time. This causes a lots of RREQ generations. However, this happens only in a mobile environment with more link breaks. This has to be fixed in the draft as well as in this software too.
