You can put these 7 files to "\Program Files\" folder of your device. Copy 3 files of "map" folder to your device, just like: "nyc_water.dbf, nyc_water.shp, nyc_water.shx". You can put these 3 files to "\My Documents\" folder of your device. Go to [Step IV. Setup compact framework and excute the demo application.]. Second way: If you don't have any devices of Windows Mobile 5,6 or higher version, please view follow steps: Step I. Install some software in your PC. 1)Install Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition in your PC. 2)Install Active Sync 4.5 in your PC. Startup your Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator. In your PC, click [Start]->[Programs]->[Microsoft Visual Studio 2005]->[Remote File Viewer]. In the "Select a Windows CE Device" form, Select Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator, click [OK] button. Then you will see the Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator startup. Step III. You can put these 7 files to "\Program Files\" folder of your Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator. 3)Using [Remote File Viewer] tool to Export 3 files of "map" folder to your Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator, just like: "nyc_water.dbf, nyc_water.shp, nyc_water.shx". You can put these 3 files to "\My Documents\" folder of your Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator. Step IV. Setup compact framework and excute the demo application. 1)In your Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator, find out "\Program Files\NETCFv2.wm.armv4i.cab", click and setup it. When it successful, you need to click OK button to soft restart your Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator to finish setup. 2)In your Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Emulator, find out "\Program Files\myHiMapAdvanced.exe", click and excute it.
