说明： 一个网络聊天通讯程序
1、以客户－服务器方式工作，给出服务器工作端口和客户机工作端口，任何一方都可以主动发起连接服务请求；
2、显示连接建立的过程；
3、服务端和客户端显示通讯双方发送和接收信息内容；
4、通讯结束后，任何一方都可以终止通信，并撤销已连接的链路，释放网络资源。
(Realization of online chatroom
1.Work in the fashion of Server-Client. Every terminal can initiate the connection request if the
port numbers are known
