说明:  带搅拌釜式反应器是一种最为常见,具有代表性的反应器,广泛的应用于化工生产的各个领域。带搅拌釜式反应器有一些非常重要的过程参数,如:反应压力、反应温度、冷却水阀流量等等。对于这些参数的控制至关重要,它们不但决定着产品的质量和生产的效率,也很大程度上决定了生产过程的安全性。由于非线性和温度滞后等很多因素,使得常规方法对釜式反应器的控制效果不是很理想。本文以带搅拌釜式反应器的工业生产过程作为被控对象,结合模糊 PID 控制、变比值控制、串级控制、前馈控制等多种控制方式,设计了一套基于西门子 PCS7 的自动化控制系统。
(With stirred tank reactor is one of the most common reactor representative, widely used in various areas of chemical production. With stirred tank reactor have some very important process parameters, such as: reaction pressure, reaction temperature, cooling flow valve and so on. For the control of these parameters is essential that they not only determine the product quality and production efficiency, but also to a large extent determines the safety of the production process.
