说明： 修正了NetTalk的原作者指出的问题，另外增加了与远程服务器通讯并能进行P2P连接内网用户的功能。并在通讯模式方面简化了而直接采用“电话号码”的方式进行拨叫远程用户。
(NetTalk amended the original author pointed out that the issue of additional communications with the remote server and can connect to P2P users within the network function. And simplify the communication model and direct the use of " phone number" to the remote user to dial.)
