1、程序说明
本程序中使用了PBVMX0.DLL中的三个内部函数：
FN_ToolBarSetFont
FN_ToolBarShowText
osDrawEdge3D
toolbarutil.pbl中包含以下两个主要部件:
全局函数f_create_toolbarutil
boolean f_create_toolbarutil (ref uo_toolbarutil auo_toolbarutil)
用来根据PB的不同版本,创建不同uo_toolbarutil实例.
用户对象uo_toolbarutil
uo_toolbarutil中包含3个供外部调用的函数：
of_inittoolbar(window aw_frame,ai_iconsize)//初始化
of_settoolbarfont(string as_fontname,integer ai_fontsize,string as_extent)//设置工具条字体
of_toolbarshowtext(boolean bshow)//在工具条上显示/不显示文字
调用方式：
