To use: the makefile will dump the 1.70 clean firmware from the flashsc.nds file i've included then it will patch it with the appropriate files (after they have been built) you will need to build the tools yourself. they should compile fine as long as you have your native compiler installed. this is not typically included in devkitpro. for win32 it is called mingw and plugs into your msys install. DON'T USE THIS IF YOU CAN'T RISK BRICKING YOUR CARD. IF YOU DON'T HAVE WMB WORKING OR ANOTHER RESCUE METHOD STOP AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
